To order up to 3 new credentials, please visit: Order New Credentials. 

New owners may choose one free fob and one free mobile pass.  Additional or replacement credentials can be purchased for 25.00 each.  Limit 3 total active credentials per household.  

To reactivate up to 3 existing credentials, please visit: Reactivate Existing Credentials. 

This form is for the re-activation of existing credentials.  Adding an email address not already in the system will count as a new credential and will result in a $25.00 charge to owner's account.

2025 Reactivation Fees:

Reactivated credentials during April and May = $10.00 each.

Reactivated credentials after May = $20.00 each. 

NOTE:  Reactivated mobile passes will not send an invitation.  You will simply log back in to your app and the available door options will appear again.
